That might come though with more times when enemy activity or the objectives or perhaps some sort of ship under siege missions make that difficult or undesirable. I think you should always be able to call down ammo without needing a slot. Perhaps combine that with some sort of random call down denying mechanic. Most of my suggestions center around more elaborate logistics and supply.Ī stratagem spot that you could stick a few things in but you have to be able to call them by memory. We've captured an area now we can build a base and the base let's you go further away for the next area. I think taking a planet being more elaborate is the gist as well.
